The knife that put Nisaku on peg walls across the country. A 7.25-inch concave blade of Japanese stainless steel, one edge straight, one edge serrated, inch marks stamped down the face so bulbs go in at the depth the packet asks for. It digs, slices twine, splits root balls and saws through stubborn roots without a second tool.

  • Concave 7.25-inch stainless blade scoops soil like a narrow trowel
  • Straight edge slices, serrated edge saws through roots and twine
  • Inch markings on the blade for true planting depth
  • 5.25-inch wood handle with a hole for hanging on the peg rack

Tip from the peg wall

Wipe the blade dry before it goes back on the peg. Stainless resists rust, but dry soil comes off easier than wet clay the next morning.
