If the edge gives

Nisaku tools are made to last, but if something is wrong with a tool you bought, here is the route.

Returns

  • Start a return on the order page of the partner store you bought from.
  • The store's return window and conditions apply.
  • Keep the packaging and the sheath until you are sure.

Warranty and defects

  • Report a defect through the partner store's order page.
  • Add photos of the tool and the model number.
  • The store arranges a replacement or refund under its policy.

What counts as wear

Dull edge
Normal wear. Sharpen with a fine stone or file.
Worn crack weeder blade
Normal wear. Fit NJP2517 replacement blades on the Pro models.
Bent tip from prying
Use damage. Hori knives dig and cut; the full tang No. 6550 and full metal No. 6800 are the models for levering.
Loose or cracked handle on arrival
A defect. Report it through the partner store.
